NC Rustic is a family owned online retailer of fine furniture and home decor, with a main focus on rustic styles. We were originally located in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina, in the Highlands/Cashiers area. In the summer of 2012, we moved our primary offices to Southern Illinois in support of our family. Our goal is to provide quality products in an open and honest selling environment where you know who you are buying from. Our names are Dan and Jennifer Garthwaite, and we are partners in life and in business. Dan came to this from a furniture and construction background and Jennifer comes from a website and graphic design background, with extensive experience in e-commerce. It was only natural that this website would come to be.

We are extremely committed to you, our customer, and will always strive to offer you the best products and the best service that we possibly can. We go out of our way to make our customers happy and that includes helping you find exactly what you are looking for, even if it means sending you to someone else. If we don't have it we will do our best to locate it for you.
 
Customer Service

We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience enjoyable and to fix any problem that may arise. One of the ways that we do this is to provide you with extensive product descriptions, details and available options so that you can be an informed online buyer. Buying online can be a frustrating experience when you can't seem to find all of the details you require to make a decision. Online shopping will never compare to the experience of actually being able to see and feel a product up close but we try to make the process a little bit easier.

We focus on manufacturers and suppliers that are committed to quality and back their products with a guarantee. Many of these suppliers offer a Lifetime Guarantee, which shows just how confident they are in their products. These types of products are oftentimes viewed as heirlooms that will be passed down through generations. A vast majority of our products are Made in America by American workers. Many of these are custom made to order, and are built by talented craftsman right here in the USA.

We respect your privacy and will never share your information with anyone. The only emails you will receive from us are your order notice and receipt, unless you choose to sign up for our newsletter (we hate spam too). This is defined in our privacy policy.
